Presented here is a list of all the regular yoga courses available only to members of Le Yoga. We are committed to providing you with access to yoga courses of the highest quality. Members benefit from a wide choice of yoga courses, all of which are available at different levels of difficulty according to your own level of physical fitness.

Based on your personal experience of doing yoga, Le Yoga is also committed to helping you become a high level  practitioner over a gradual period of time. Our courses cover the practice of both basic and advanced postures. Furthermore, we assure you that these practices, whilst appearing to be separate from one another, are in fact entirely sequential, coordinated and harmonious.   • Iyengar 2 90min Le Yoga provides classes in the First Stage of advanced Iyengar Yoga, suitable for experienced practitioners. The course requires experienced practitioners to carry out mainly standing, sitting, pivoting, bending and hand-standing techniques with the assistance of tools and equipment. Practitioners will seek the real meaning of Asana through regular self-study of the laws of its practice. We suggest you to take this First Stage class at least three times prior to attempting to continue the advanced study of Iyengar Yoga.
  • Iyengar 1 90min Le Yoga provides classes in the First Stage of basic Iyengar Yoga, suitable for experienced practitioners. The course requires experienced practitioners to carry out mainly sitting, pivoting, bending and hand-standing techniques with the assistance of tools and equipment. Practitioners will seek the real meaning of asana through regular self-study of the laws of its practice. We suggest you to take this First Stage class at least three times prior to attempting to continue the basic study of Iyengar Yoga.
  • Iyengar Basic 75min The Iyengar Yoga class is an introductory class in which the key points and systems are explained and introduced. Le Yoga emphasises the accuracy of single yoga postures and the long time maintenance of Asana during this course, in order to cultivate a high sensitivity and awareness of every posture. Practitioners will need to make use of tools and equipment during this class, which is suitable for beginners. At present, Iyengar is one of the most popular yoga exercises and was established by and named after the Indian yoga master B.K.S Iyengar, who is regard as the greatest yoga master alive today.
  • Hatha Yoga 1 75min Hatha Yoga Classes belong to the advanced stage of Hatha Yoga and the progress acquired from such classes is not intensive. This class will be flexibly adjusted according to the general level of the entire class. Extra balance and bending postures will also be introduced in order to promote better physical relaxation. This class is suitable for experienced practitioners and we suggest you take this class at least three times prior to continuing with the study of basic Hatha Yoga.
  • Gentle Hatha 75min In Sanskrit, Ha refers to the sun, the male, daytime, and cold, while Tha refers to the moon, the female, heat, and other relative balance. Traditional Hatha Yoga classes covers classic physical Asana exercises, and correct meditation and breathing exercise. Le Yoga provides practitioners with three levels to choose from in order to best meet your personal needs.
  • Ashtanga Basic 75min Ashtanga Yoga is a popular course and is deeply rooted in Indian culture, which is the symbol of its strength and efficiency. As an exercise, Ashtanga Yoga makes use of the resources of perseverance, concentration, health, internal harmony and inner peace. Practitioners will witness a fast level of development by practicing Ashtanga Yoga. Attributed to Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (July 26, 1915 – May 18, 2009), this system benefits practitioners all over the world. The Ashtanga Yoga Class, which take place on a regular schedule, is suitable for beginners who are interested in traditional Ashtanga Yoga. In this class, Le Yoga will systematically introduce practitioners to Sun Solutions Yoga and standing postures, and at the same analyse and correct one’s individual posture.
  • Flow Yoga 1 75min This is the classic Le Yoga yoga classes. The course emphasizes the line downstream position, moderate speed, course design and style arrangement is relatively flexible, we will make adjustments to the intensity and difficulty of the corresponding position in accordance with the overall arrangements for health practitioners and participation of members. This course is suitable for a certain basis of membership; we recommend that you at least three times after the completion of flow yoga foundation courses, to participate in this course.
  • Bikram 90min Bikram Yoga Classes is taken in a heated indoor area with temperatures ranging between 38-42°C. Bikram Yoga is helpful for detoxification of the body, muscle strengthening, stretching and flexibility and pressure release. Practitioners will be gradually guided to higher levels of skill through suitably designed courses. All of the postures studies can be adjusted and will improve your balance, endurance and will be beneficial in helping to release fatigue.
